Sticky Header doesn't work

I use your them on my website https://www.webhost4.com.au/tpifed/. I enable the "STICKY HEADER", but it doesn't work. The theme I used is https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/firebrigade/

Please help.

I noticed that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.
Please, update it, and check if the issue still appears.
