Hello,
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if this issue still appears.
Thanks

Hi
As a workaround while this is being investigated. Is it possible to turn off the footer for a portfolio page? Either completely or just on responsive where we are seeing the issue.
I will get admin access setup for you and submit via ThemeForest.
Thx
Hello,
The only option is to turn off the Footer for the whole website.
To do that, please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Footer, and select Hide Footer from style dropdown menu.
Thanks
Thx Phil, might be a bit drastic just for this section :)
Let's get the user account setup and over to you.
Thx

Hi Phil
Apologies, we had authorisation issues to give you access. Still waiting but will submit once approved by client.
Hi Phil
We have had authorisation to create a duplicate site on a staging server.
Access details sent via Themeforest
Apologies for delay in getting you access to investigate.
Thx
Hello,
I think, that it have something in common with "WP Engine" plugin, can you disable it? I do not see it at the "All Plugins" tab, so it has to be intsalled somewhere on your hosting.
Also, does your hosting provider use some kind of caching/minify/optimize software? If so, please disable it too.
thanks
"WP Engine" plugin
Do you mean the WP Engine entry at the top left of the admin menu?
Thx
And there is no caching on the site as it is automatically disabled by WP Engine
Yes, indeed.
Can you disable that "WP Engine" extension?
thanks
Hi
WPEngine can't remove their plugin. So we have created a staging site on another server. Details sent via Theme Forest.
This server does not have caching or host plugins
The same issue appears to be present.
Thx
It looks like the problem is related to one of the functions from our theme, it will be fixed in next update of the betheme.
Sorry about the problem.
Thanks
Hi Pablo
Thanks for the update. Do you have a rough time scale on that? I know the last update was at the beginning of January.
Thx
Update will be uploaded today, so do not worry ;)
Thanks
That's great Pablo, installed and all working AOK, and also fixed a desktop display issue, so good all round.
