Slider revolution is not displaying properly

The slider has a weird blue bar (like another set of slider controls???) at the bottom and it looks really ugly.

Can you help?

In addition to the navigation bullets on the slider, there is this extra navigation area below. I've never seen this before, and I have used Revolution Slider a lot.

Can you help me get rid of this navigation below? I know that there must be a way because no other sliders I have made have ever had that.
