License not working

I bought another license and used my license code on a subdomain to test issues I was having with the theme on my root domain before I made drastic changes to the live site. Once I figured out the issue, I deactivated the license on the the subdomain and then deleted all the files on the subdomain and then removed the subdomain completely.
I tried to activate the code on the site that I actually want to use it on and it is saying it is still associated with the old subdomain even though I followed the instructions. Now that the subdomain doesn't exist anymore, I feel like it is stuck and will never work. I gave it 2 days to work itself out but it hasn't. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I used the reregistration section on this site and that fixed it.
So everything is sorted now?
