My submenus stopped working when I upgraded Betheme to newer version

My submenus stopped working when I upgraded Betheme to newer version. The website is https://www.sevenoaksretreat.org/ . The rev slider on the first page also is not working. its an old version and when I try to delete it, it WP says it couldn't completely remove the files.

I've disabled all plugins and tried many different ways to alter the header and menus config to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello,

    After visiting your website, I noticed that you did not update to the newest version, 21.9.9 but 21.9.2.

    Please, update it to the newest version, and check if this issue still appears.

    Moreover, if this problem will still be there if you are using a child theme, please, switch to parent and check if it works then.

    I have updated the site to ver 22 and removed the child theme and the sub menus are now working. Thank you! However when I go into admin and try to access the Slider Revolution plugin thats bundled with Betheme, I get a config screen that doesnt let me configure a slider. See image I included.

    Also, the formcraft contact form on the contact page looks wrong. https://www.sevenoaksretreat.org/contact/ Does BeTheme have a better contact form option built-in?

    Can you try to reinstall the Slider Revolution, and check if it works then, please?

    Sorry, but we did not test Formcraft with the theme. The plugin I can recommend to you is Contact Form 7.

    We cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page, in the sidebar:
