Action bar missing

Hiya

went to bed and the action bar looked great, woke up this morning and loaded the site and the action bar has turned into a full page, inch high, unpopulated with information, mess. Please can you help?

    Hiya

    Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly. I am using Chrome and the issue is still there, however if I open it it Safari then it displays properly. I wonder if it's a caching issue in Chrome. Very odd. I appreciate the support though, cheers!

    It displays correctly in Incognito as well, so it looks like it is a Chrome thing.

    Please, try to refresh the cache for your website and check if the display of the action bar.

    Also, you can try to turn off all of the chrome extensions because they may cause this issue too.
