Can't activate BeTheme
Hi,
I can't activate my Betheme licence, when I try I get this message error : cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds
System Status : Your server is blocking connection to API server api.muffingroup.com. Please contact your hosting provider.
Debug informations : WP_Error Object ( [errors] => Array ( [http_request_failed] => Array ( [0] => cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds ) ) [error_data] => Array ( ) [additional_data:protected] => Array ( ) )
I've contacted my Provide (OVH) and they told me that there was no problem from their side.

You can see that this issue is about connection timeout, and the problem is not theme-related. It is all about the hosting provider. He should already recognize and amend this issue by looking at the error message.

I have 3 websites using Betheme template and hosted at OVH (same server configuration), and only this one having problem.
OVH told me that everything seem to be OK from their side.
I really know what to do to fix this issue.

As you can see, on the BeTheme Dashboard, our API server is blocked by your server, that's why you cannot activate your license key.
Please, contact your hosting provider and ask him, about unlocking it.

Ok, I'll do this again.
Is it normal that options are missing in the Install Plugins pages ?
If you cannot see all bundled plugins in the Install Plugin tab, please turn off all of the plugins and check if they appear.
