Hi,
It depends on logo size, settings on page and header style. If you will provide url to your website, we'll show you how to do this.

To add margin left for logo please use below css:
#Top_bar #logo { margin-left: 20px !important; }
But it's not possible to add margin right for button because this will break header layout.
