Failed update to version 22.0 of Betheme

Hello


I updated my theme to 22.0. By doing so, I lost the content of my pages when I enter edit mode with Visual Composer. Visual content is empty and I can only work in classic mode: http://prntscr.com/115loe1


Therefore, I wanted to update WP Bakery plugin. But it failed upon activation: http://prntscr.com/115lqpj


What should be the procedure to put everything back in order?

    Hello,

    Please, turn off all of the plugins except WPBakery, and check if this issue still appears.

    Moreover, please, try to update it while other plugins are disabled.

    Hello

    Disable the plugins? This is not something I like to do because some of them have some parameterization that I would not like to start over.

    I tried several things, from removing WP Bakery plug in and re-installing it, to deleting completely the folder with FTP... And I always have this activation issue.

    Isn't it the appearance of the WPBakery editor, although it is deactivated?

    It is urgent to check if this issue appears when you disable the plugins because when you use some unsupported ones, they can get in conflict with the theme or other plugins.

    I think I know where the issue is: although WP Bakery plugin is deactivated and even deleted from the Plugin menu, it is still there in the general menu in version 5.4... How come? Is it part of your theme?

    I finally found the issue: a folder mu-plugin has been created under wp-content which contained an older version of revolution slider and WPBakery

    I have no clue how this folder has been created

    But deleting it solved the problem
