Hi I have installed a plug-in to allow me to upload svg files to wordpress and the theme options allow me to add an svg image as my logo and it shows up in the theme options but it will not show up on the site.

it's where the logo is supposed to be. If I use firebug it shows that the logo is there yet it's invisible.

hi I placed some custom css code making the logo 150% high which has seemed to do the trick in the form of:

img.scale-with-grid, #Content img {

}

The logo is invisible because there is no width for image. At this moment you can do this within below css:

#Top_bar #logo img { width: 120px; }

But we'll consider option for .svg logos while future updates.

P.S. Your code concerns all images around website while our is related with logo only.

but with your code when you scroll the screen up and the sticky menu comes into play there is no logo there now.

Because for sticky header you must also use css. Below css will do the trick:

#Top_bar.is-sticky .logo { width: 100px !important; }
