Display Portfolio Category using Shortcode
Hello - I have 2 questions
- is there a way to display the category name on the individual Portfolio pages (see image attached for example)
- is there a way to limit the navigation at the bottom of each Portfolio page to just the category being viewed? It currently cycle through all categories.
Thank you

Hello,
1) Please try to use the Intro Header template, and check if the display suits you.
2) Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog, Portfolio & Shop -> General, and check the option Navigate in the same category.
Thanks
Hello - thank you for the solutions.
Unfortunately, changing the Template to Intro Heading, as suggest, did not help. Any other options you can think of?
You can see the page I changed the template on here https://0m5.424.myftpupload.com/portfolio-item/brock/
Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog, Portfolio & Shop -> Portfolio, and check the option Portfolio Meta: Categories, and after that, the category should appear right below the title.
Thanks
Thank you - I did as instructed, but that does not seem to be working, either. Your solution is perfect if we can get it to work.
Thank you
Here is the page using Muffin Builder https://0m5.424.myftpupload.com/portfolio-item/beau-jangles/
Here's a page using the Elementor Template https://0m5.424.myftpupload.com/portfolio-item/brock/ (here you will see a Category drop-down on the right, but that's not really what I'm looking for.)
Do you have created an "Available" category created and portfolio items assigned to it?
If yes, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

I have changed the template to Intro Header, selected the Header Image, and it looks like on my example.
Please, also check the Intro | Options.
Thanks
Thank you, Phil. Although this is a workaround, it's not what I was looking for. I don't really like the header image with text superimposed on top. Is there a way to have the category appear per my example? It doesn't need to be identical but I'd like to to appear near the dog's name.
Thank you
The only way to achieve that is as my previous example. Remember that you do not have to use the Header Image.
Thanks
Hi Phil - as you'll recall that solution was not working. I provided my login credentials and your team was going to check things out.
I have cloned one of the portfolio projects, renamed it to Muffin Test, turned on the option to show the categories in Theme options, changed the template to Intro Header, and it is working like on my example.
Please, check it out.
Thanks
Thanks Phil - I was able to get that working, but it's barely visible with an image of the dog behind it. I appreciate your efforts!
