How can I increase spaces between category blocks (see red arrows)

Please, create three separate columns for each category and put the shortcode to display them.

Sorry, I gave you the wrong shortcode.

Instead of a category name, use its ID.

[product_categories ids="4"]

You can find the category ID in the URL when you edit them.
