I am getting this error message after restoring backup from another server. Please help.

Where does this error appear? Can you send me a screenshot showing it, please?
Please, turn off all of the plugins and check if this error still appears.
Moreover, if you are using a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

the browser returns an error 500
The 500 errors are related to the server, so it does not seem to be a Betheme issue.

In that case, you should contact your hosting provider, and after looking at the logs, he should be able to help you.

Thank you for the reply. Did you have a chance to check out the attached image from server logs? It shows the issues with Betheme.
Can you tell me how did you restore this backup?
We highly recommend using the Duplicator plugin because we often used it, and we never had problems with it. Can you try to use it, please?
