Menu overlaps
Hello, i have an error on my website, the menu is over the page, sorry for my english is not so good but please check this links :

The problem is all over the website the manu is overlapping the content of the pages.
how can i fix this ?

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header, set some Height, and check if this issue persists.

I don t have the option to add height for the header in the section u indicated and also i cannot update the theme
i think i found the solution, in the same section under " minimalist" i changed the settings from Minimalist without header space to minimalis | on and now it works fine,
but i have one more question: how can i make the menu a sticky menu ?

I managed to update the theme but still i don have the " height " option
