Version 23.0.1 has broken all of my sites
in Other
Hi,
Just updated all of my websites that use BeTheme to the newest version, and it has broken them!
All the content is there but not arranged properly and stretched images.
I have read that this has happened to others with this new update and its really NOT good at all!
The dashboard theme options are also non responsive so I have had to revert (luckily I kept a copy) of the previous version where there were absolutely no issues at all.
Why has this happened.... It's getting increasingly frustrating that this theme (although amazing) seems to be broken with an update of the them..
Really not happy at all

Hi,
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.
Thanks
hi, thanks for the reply, although as it broke the sites I reverted to an earlier version as they are all live.. it basically made all of the pages display in odd places and when on the backend, the theme options was totally unresponsive..
Any ideas at all?
thanks
Did you empty the cache after the update?
Do you use any other plugins than the ones from the package or the ones beyond the list under the following link?

Some third-party add-ons might cause this issue. I suggest you create a temporary domain/sub-domain with the newest version of Betheme. After that, deactivate unsupported plugins and check if the issue persists.
If the problem remains, please send me dashboard access to this domain through the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact. I will take a closer look at what is happening.
Thanks
Hi, thanks for the response.
I have cleared the cache etc and will set up a temp domain and do some testing and get back to you.
Thanks
Hi,
I have installed the website onto my local server and have updated the theme, deactivated all plugins and this is what's left.... I have attached 2 screenshots. 1 shows the site as its meant to be and the other as it now is with the updated theme.
Hope you can help
Can you put this website online and send me dashboard access to it, please?
I want to see how it looks on the backend.
Thanks
yes of course, what's the best way to get you the link for access (rather than posting on here)
message sent to you on the link you provided above (through the contact form on ThemeForest)
It is on a local machine so may be a little slow... all plugins are disabled and the page is all over the place although the backend looks as it should, albeit that the theme options are unresponsive.
Thanks in advance
Sorry, but the link you have sent is not working.
Are you able to activate it again, or send a link again, please?
Thanks
I have resent the link on the ticket :)
Thanks
Are you able to put it on the subdomain on life? Because now, when I try to access anything, it throws a Fatal Error or Too many connections, and I cannot check anything.
Are you using a child theme?
What version of PHP do you have?
Thanks
Ok I will upload it to my server and let you know the login details on the ticket.....
There is an error message in Appearance -> Themes, and it is probably the source of your issue.
Please, install a fresh copy of Betheme, and check if this problem remains.

Thanks
Sorry to say that this has not worked... I have moved it to another server to see and the same happens.
I will send the login details on the ticket (they are different).
Thanks in advance
any joy at all?
Hello,
The problem is related to the child theme, because when you switch to the parent theme everything works fine.
You have to find the source of the issue, by the code, you modified in the child theme.
thanks
ok thank you for looking, although it is weird that this only happened on the recent update, but thanks
