Problem in Theme Registration !!

Good Morning Everyone,

I have a problem for register betheme on my new website,

the theme was registered before on another website which is useless now for me,

So, I deregister purchase code and removed theme folder on the old website,

and still facing the same peoblem. that said I can't register the theme because it's connected with my old website.

Any ideas ?!!
