I contacted with Envato and here is their answer:
As for the discount, please be aware that items sold in Envato Market are owned by individual authors, hence, any decrease in prices is author-driven.
We are only responsible for periodic discounts which are available for everybody.
You should tell Envato how many copies you want to buy, and if it is a big amount, they should offer you some discount.
