I would like to customize horizontal separator, but not working. I attach images to explain how I do. you can help me?

As we see, you use separators that are 100% width. So if you want to change all current separators to smaller, you must play with below css:

.vc_sep_width_100 { width: 30% !important; }

I would like to create different separators adding an extra class how can I do ?

You can try to do it as you did above but instead of border-width use just width. However if this won't work, then we do not know any other solution for VC plugin.
