Hey,
This message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.
If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).
After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins a couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

Hello, I used the license manager to unregistered staging server which had the license applied already. After, I tryed to update the theme and get the following error message:

Thank you for the quick response. The server is on internal network and not accessible from the internet. Is there a way to set up a session where I'll give you access to my computer and you will troubleshoot that way?
Sorry, but we do not provide support sessions like that, but it looks like you did not deregister the license before, please follow these steps mentioned in this topic.

Hello, I tried to re-register the Theme. I am not able to Deregester it. After clicking Deregister button, the Theme Dashboard page reloads and indicating that Theme is register. Is there other way to de register the Theme?
You can deregister with the license key manager I mentioned in the first message.

Hello, The situation is that we don't have Purchase code or User Name that has been used to purchase the Theme. This site was designed by outside contractor and we don't have this information.
In that case, you should contact Envato because they manage with the license keys.
