Disable transparency/opacity on menu bar

Sticky Menu is hard to read when scrolling the page. I want to disable transparency and the following does not work. The following CSS code only fixes the header not the menu. Also, how do i get my custom banner "Donation Button" to scroll with header.

    Hello,

    If you want to create that kind of header, we strongly suggest to use the Muffin Header Builder instead.

    There you can create different header for non-sticky, sticky and for each device (desktop, tablet, mobile)
