Mini cart in header not updating

Hi, everybody.

The minicart in the header does not update the number of items after I put some product in it unless I refresh the page.

I tried to do the same with another theme (Storefront) and it works correctly.

Thanks in advance.

  • Hi,

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

  • Sorry! Here's the link.

If it helps, here's some additional info:

    Thanks again!

  • Please, turn off all of the plugins except WooCommerce, refresh your cache, and check if the issue persists.

If this will not help, please, keep your plugins off, so I could take a closer look at your website with them disabled.

Moreover, check if your theme and plugins are up-to-date.

    Thanks

    Hi!

I did what you asked. No success, sadly.

I have disabled all plug-ins, except for Woocommerce.

The staging version of BeTheme is 22.0.2.1. If I try to update to 22.0.2.2 I get an error message.

    Apparently the package in

    https://api.muffingroup.com/theme/download.php?code=353c37d7-e9fe-48c2-983d-6707b1a2e3fd

    contains no files.

  • This message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).

After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins a couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

When you successfully update your theme, check if this issue still appears.

    Thanks

  • Sadly I can't do what you ask.

I had two installations of the site: one is in production and the other was a staging one (now deleted).

Both were under the same domain.

I tried to update the theme to no success.

Do you have any alternative solutions?

Any way for me to manually upload the update?

  • Sorry, but I do not understand why you cannot do what I asked for.

If you had your theme registered on the staging domain, which is deleted, there are no obstacles to deregister it with our API tool http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.

Deregistering does not mean that you will lose anything, and you will be able to register your key again on the main website.

    Please, do the following steps:

    1) Go to the license manager, and check if your license occurs only once. If you can see it two times there, deregister one of them.

    2) If you can see that your license is used only once, disable all of the plugins and deregister it through Betheme -> Dashboard.

    3) Go to the license manager once again and if it is still claimed, deregister it. If not, register it again in Betheme -> Dashboard.

    4) Try to update your theme a couple of times.

You can also try to update your theme via FTP. If you do not know how to do it, check the following video tutorial:

    Thanks
