Display blog tags

Is there custom code (short code) available for me to add to a single blog post that would display tags associated to the current post with links to tag archive?

I'd also be interested in displaying short code for blog categories the same way if possible.

There is no shortcode for that, but you can use the Intro Header template, so all categories and tags will be displayed at the top of the post.
