One of my keys is showing as exceeded limit

Key starting with is showing as exceeded limit?

This was registered to braintreecommunitycentre.org.uk
This was showing as exceeded even though this has been valid and the license hasnt changed
I have tried deregistering and re-registering however getting an exceeded limit message even though this has been de-registered?

There you will find our license key management tool. Use it to deregister your license, and try to register it then.

The license pannel showed as exceeded so I removed it and tried to re-register upon doing so it said that it had been exceeded
This is for another license code of which support had expired. Could you PM me and I can give you the full license
The support is not permanent. When you buy a license key, you get 6 months of support, which can be extended to 12 months.

However I have three seperate licenses and one of them is not working as it says limit exceeded

Im dissappointed of the lack of support in regards to a license working and suddenly not without reason
I have three seperate licenses with you and yet you refuse to tell me why one of my licese keys no longer works
This has left me wanting to cancel all licenses and move my clients away from using betheme.
Therefore Please go ahead and cancel the other two licensed purchaces for account wpriestley.
