deregister purchase code

I had created a staging site so I could upload and use the new betheme, our current site uses an older version. We had issues with the staging site so it was deleted and a new version was created. (both used the same url sglobestaging.wpengine.com) When I tried to register the theme I get this error message (Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: sglobestaging.wpengine.com).

How can I get this fixed. Not sure what to do.
