Problem with licences
Hello.
I have a problem with some licences of your theme.
I've recently bought the following licences:
675ba3da-fa67-... that is currently activated on website minodivita.com
2e7c307f-3988-... that is currently activate on bookscroudfunding.photoprojectpro.com
On these sites, before the purchase of these licenses, two other were active:
7bac3dce-c8bd-... was previously activated on minodivita.com
17a6c39e-90ce-... was previously activated on bookscroudfunding.photoprojectpro.com
I'm trying to move these licenses to two other sites (collezionimalerba.it and archiviofmf.it) but when I try to do it the system tells me that the licenses are already used. Is it possible to solve?

If you are having issues with deregistering your license key, want to manage your license key, or most importantly, you want to deregister a website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to this topic: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

Please read more carefully my previous post. The licence had been deactivated in other websites. I've followed the procedure explained in the link you posted but it doesn't work.
Please check by yourself.
What i need is:
1- activation of the licence 7bac3dce-c8bd-... onwebsite collezionemalerba.it
2 - activation of the licence 17a6c39e-90ce-... on books archiviofmf.it
Can you please explain me why?

If you want to activate these licenses on a new website, they need to be deregistered first.
Did you deregister them in our API tool?
If yes, please, send us WordPress dashboard accesses to these websites privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
