Removing Heart and comment count from blog preview

I am trying to delete the Heart and Comment count on the main blog screen but dont see an option to hide it. How can I do this? Just these two, Id like to leave the "read more" part.

    Hello,

    The heart icon can be disabled in Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> General, Love Box: Hide.

    The comments can be disabled in the post options or the theme option in Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Blog, Comments: Hide.

    However, it will disable the comments in general. So if you only want to get rid of the icon, you will have to write a custom CSS code and place it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
