Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you are using a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

I disable all plugins, and switch back to parents theme. It is recovered.
Then I enable back child theme and all plugins one by one. I couldn't find the culprit that causing it.

By the way, where is the location to set mobile view logo in Betheme? I couldn't find it. I have set a different sticky logo, but it doesn't appear.
If you want to set a different logo for mobile view, please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> General.
