After updating theme and muffin builder revolution slider does not work
I guess it is because revolution slider lost it's license. I bought the theme again because we could not find the old license. Shouldn't I be able to see the license for revolution slider as well?

Isn't there normally a license for Pro Revolution Slider in the Theme Package?
Purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins that are bundled into the theme. It’s because of the Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes, of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it.
Something like the “Free” version of a plugin does not exist. Instead, all bundled plugins are included with extended licenses, and users can use them within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. But, again, this is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.

About your issue with missing images on a subpage, please, turn off all of the plugins except Slider Revolution, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you are using a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
About the problem with the logo, please, edit your slider, and adjust the position of it so it will fit the half that is placed as section background.
