1) Please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.

2) Moreover, please, try to import the pre-built website in parts:
Reset the database only the first time, and choose Selected data only.
When the content import finishes successfully, choose demo again, skip resetting the database, import Theme options, and Revolution Slider.
