Elementor layout/changes don't show on the live website.2

Hi,

I've recently submitted a ticket 2 days ago but nobody replied to me yet.

I've recently purchased the Be Theme from Envato Market, and I am using the CLINIC 4 Pre-built website for my website - https://thejourneytohigherself.co.uk/.

When I am in Elementor Edit Mode and logged in as a WordPress user, my website looks beautiful and exactly how I want it.

But when I am checking the website in an Incognito Mode, everything is broken, it seems like the website doesn't load the correct CSS file.

Could you please help me? :)

I am not a developer, but I tried a few things from this guide - https://elementor.com/help/changes-dont-appear-online/, but it seems like it's a theme issue.
