Plugin is Crashing My Site
Hello,
My site has been running fine for a year now. I have kept up with updates. Yesterday, my site began not serving up all content. After further exploration I find its the Slider Revolution that is causing the error.
Can some one take a look? Attached is the Plugin activated and not activated. Nothing has changed on my site. I have not added any new Plugins.

Hi,
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
Thanks
Its online. I disabled the plugin.
Can you activate it for a while, so I can test what is happening, please?
Thanks
Can you tell me when you will be looking at it? I cannot afford to have it down for a long time. Tell me when is good for you and I will activate it.
Thanks
In that case, I think the better solution will be if you send access to your WP dashboard.
Thanks to that, I will be able to turn it on for the testing time and turn it off when finished. Also, I will be able to do a deeper investigation.
Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
Notice!
Please attach a link to this forum discussion.
Thanks
I sent the email.
Probably your server somehow blocks the Slider Revolution shortcodes. I have switched to the Twenty Twenty theme to check if the root cause is Betheme and put the shortcode in the WP editor, and I could not update the page.
From experience, I know that the JSON error appears when the server is blocking some page resources.
In that case, please, contact your hosting provider/server administrator, and ask them about this problem.
Thanks
Hello,
Thanks. Its been working for the past year. I talked with them and they said that they have not done anything different. I will call them again. Is there anything specific about this particular plugin... Is it JSON that perhaps is doing it?
Also,
Did you deactivate the BeTheme Header on purpose? Should it stay inactive?
Is it JSON that perhaps is doing it?
Yes, it is probably the root cause when it is not working with a free theme in WP builder.

Sorry, I activate it by accident. You can turn it off.
Thanks
Hello,
I have had the Host remote in an take a look at the issue. According to them its a plugin issue and nothing is blocking the plugin from working.
Are there anymore suggestions you can make? Anything else you can think of?
Thanks,
Please, check the following article, and follow the tips from there.

If none of them will help, you can ask the hosting provider if ModSecurity does not block some rules incorrectly.
Thanks
