Looking at trying to change the yellow line in the photo attached but cannot find the option in the theme. Any assistance possible? Thank you!

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Footer, and try to change the Copyright border.
If this will not help, please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. Copyright border did nothing :(
It seems that this line comes from your custom CSS code.
Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS, remove your CSS's one by one, and check which one causes it.
