PHP time is set maximum at server, and still too little

I kept having troubles to access my website https://anina.land/
Sometimes, the website opens fast and loads well, and sometimes (10 - 20 % of the times) it won't load at all. Then I close the tab, and try again 5 or 10min afterwards, then it works again. It seems quite random. I do not get that many website visits or such, that it'd blow my website away... the "outside" traffic is very slow (10 - 50 visits a day)
I have been checking so much, altering quite a few configurations from WP tool / Plesk. So I am wondering now it it is the PHP time limit configuration.
It is unfortunately impossible for me to elevate the PHP time limit at the server, and the customer service from my host company could not help me, as they do not offer any plans with PHP time limit above 30s. He was surprised that this is made this way in the theme, and advised me to contact the theme support for this issue.
Not sure if the slow loading has to do with the PHP time limit, yet I would like to know if there is any way or setting I can take on the theme, to help with that issue. I would not like to change my host company to find a new host with different PHP time limit setting, as I have been with them forever, and until now / this theme, everything always worked well. Yet I also like the theme very much, and would not like to change it neither....

Moreover, I suggest seeing the Performance tab in Betheme -> Theme Options -> Performance, where you can choose through options that may improve your loading time.
