BeAgency 7 not importing all content.

BeAgency 7 not importing all content, many images missing. Some other pre-built websites work and some don't. Everything is updated, all plug-ins installed, have watched the videos and read the support forum.

is here a way I can manually upload images etc, for example through ftp?
Can I give you credentials to install BeAgency 7?

You have a low max input vars value set on your server.

Please, contact your hosting provider and ask to increase this value to at least 5000.

it's increased now to 5000, but the pre-built website images still fail to completely load, no change from before.

Please let me know is here a way I can manually upload images etc, for example through ftp?

On your multisite, are you using the Betheme on other websites?

If yes, please, deregister your license from all of the, register it on the main domain first, and then on the subdomains. If you have problems with deregistering, please, head to this topic: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.

There you will find instructions and a link to our license tool.

If you are using Betheme only for that website, please, do the steps with deregistering and registering only for that one.

After successful register, please, try to import that demo once again.

I only use betheme on this one website. But i went ahead and deregistered as you suggested by:

going to http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and clicking deregister but seeing "Please remember to delete all theme files before deregistration"
delete the theme from multisite network admin Themes, and activate default Twenty Twenty-Two on main site.
going to http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and completing the deregistration
downloading betheme again from themeforest and installing the zip file to network admin Themes, confirmed at http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ that no registration was listed
go to the main website and activating betheme then going to the betheme dashboard to re-register (strangely the theme remembered that BeAgency 7 was loaded).
go to pre-built and again install BeAgency 7.
checked and saw the same problem as before, not all content imported

we are now at four days on this issue with no progress. It is depressing to pay for the product that is supposed to have support, with "a reply in 24 hours" advertised. but the actual experience is one reply every 24 hours.

how can I get support to help? Do I need to pay some kind of fees? or is there some other way to get timely progress on this?

I noticed that you have also a low max execution time set on the server. Please, contact your hosting provider to increase it to 300.

I need again you to ask your hosting provider to look at the server logs to know if the images are imported, and where they go after import. If they are not imported, you can ask what blocks them.

Moreover, please, ensure that your Multisite is configurated properly. Please, see the following link:

The files that upload properly go to /public_html/wp-content/uploads/2021/12

Something blocks the Webp images on your website.

I have imported the Blogger 3 demo where we did not use the Webp files extension yet, and all images were imported correctly.

The Slider Revolution ones were visible because they were imported differently.

All pre-built websites before version 24.0.3 should work fine on your website.

You can check if nothing on your server does block the Webp files. We will also investigate the source of this issue.

OK thanks for the clue, it looks like we solved it, I found this article: https://muffingroup.com/blog/sorry-this-file-type-is-not-permitted-for-security-reasons/ and saw that I needed to go into Network Admin Dashboard to the Upload File Type Setting.

This is the default for Wordpress, no webp listed:

I added "webp" so the list, saved and tried to install the Agency 7 pre-built site and hey it works!
