Sometimes the website is crashing

Although I changed PHP value but it still shows

PHP Max Input Vars 1000 in the system status

I need help to fix it before website launching

Hi,
Can you explain in more detail what you mean by "crashing", please?
The content does not display correctly, or the website is not loading at all?
Or maybe something else?
