how to delete the navigation between blog posts

Hey,

i am currently setting up my first page with betheme and i am more than impressed :)

however i am running into small problems every now and then and finally found this page!

I am currently making the blog page, everything fine so far but i have two arrows on top of my blog posts navigating to the next or last blog bost. and i dont want that! how can i delete them?

Hope you guys know what i am talking about :)

Update: I also would like to have the social media sharing box below my blog post!

    Hi,

    to remove these arrows, you must deactivate this option under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section. But share box can't be unfortunately moved. You can only remove it completely under the same section as well.
