strange behavour after saving some simple header changes

I bought yesterday the theme, so I wanted to expiriment a little bit with it.
But it seems nothing works well. I downloaded a demo and wanted to change only the header but the most weird things happen when I do that. On some pages it changes on other not. On some pages I can see the menu on other not. On IE I get for the same page a different header then on chrome.

in IE I get a transparent header on the top of the page but in chrome I get my header on the left. And somehow it manages to get double menu's.
Please help.

looks like you did everything wrong. You probably imported demo twice or more and that's why stuff like menu items is duplicated. About saving header style, you should check options for each page under "Page options" section because different pages may got different pre-made layouts selected or also different menu can be selected for pages.
