Do you mean some block from Gutenberg?

This is our Slider, and it can be added only via the Slider element.

So it is not possible to add it to the sidebar. You would have to imitate the slider with the wrap with the sticky option enabled.

Can you tell me if I use the slider in the wrap, how do I set it up so that my slider images run by

themselves like a dynamic slide show.

You can achieve that in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Sliders.
