Hi,
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
Thanks
Hello, thanks !
This is the website : https://compassionate-tereshkova.85-234-143-156.plesk.page/
Thanks !
The search bar by the default is inserted in the top bar right, there is no way to move it to other container without modifying the theme code which is not supported by us.
But, you can use the Muffin Header Builder to create such Header, with searchbar on the top bar left, but your searchbar will not have the Livesearch, only regular search.
Please, take a look at the video tutorial about using the Muffin Header Builder
thanks
Hello,
Thanks !
But I don't have the Header Builder in Betheme muffin :
I have the last version of BeTheme template...
Thanks!
Hey,
Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
Notice!
Please attach a link to this forum discussion.
Thanks
The root cause is that the Header Builder does not appear in the Dashboard panel when you change the "be friendly URL" in the BeCustom.
If you remove it and leave the default one, then the Header Builder will appear under the Betheme dropdown.
We are currently working on the new version of the Header Builder where this problem will not be present. However, if you need to access the old one, except by changing the URL field, you can add this: "wp-admin/admin.php?page=be-header" at the end of your link in your dashboard.
Best regards
Hello,
