receiving error after loading a pre-built website

Hello,

I've installed a fresh wordpress install, downloaded all the required plugins, installed the manicure theme.

I got to the page in the admin panel that says:

Be Manicure has been successfully installed

You have a new website now

-------------------------------

Once I try and view the site, it redirects to: https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/setup-config.php

and shows the error:

The file wp-config.php already exists. If you need to reset any of the configuration items in this file, please delete it first. You may try installing now.

--------------------------------

I click Installing now button and it simply says I already have wordpress installed and redirect back to the admin panel.

I'm not sure how to proceed
