I have passed this information on to the dev team. To resolve it, you need to go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Featured Image and disable the Srcset option.
When you do that, remove that GIF from your website and upload it again.

Hi,
Thanks for reporting.
I have passed this information on to the dev team. To resolve it, you need to go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Featured Image and disable the Srcset option.
When you do that, remove that GIF from your website and upload it again.
After that, the GIF should work.
Best regards

Any other ideas?
You can try to erase this GIF from your website via FTP and try to upload it then.
If this will not help you will need to wait for an update.
Best regards
Sorry what is FTP?
With it, you can access the files directly on your server.
You can read more about it under the following link:

Hi,
Even uploading new gifs doesn't help?
They just appear as low res images..
Also, in the betheme editor they are functioning gifs, just not on the live page?
We fixed the problem with GIFs in the recent update.
Please, update your Betheme, and all will be fine.
Thanks
