Back to Top button doesn't appear on mobile phones

I checked other threads but could not find a solution to this. The back to top button displays on desktop and even the mobile layout in developer mode. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get it to display on actual mobile devices. I have it set in the theme options to "Sticky while scrolling." Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello,

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, I can see that you do not have the newest version of Betheme. So please, update it to the most current version.

    If this will not help, please, keep minifying plugins off because I need to look at your website with them disabled.
