  there is no option for this, only the custom JS code can do this

  I noticed that there is no JS for moving the sidebar to the top at your staging site, so I added it.

  This JS is working, but because of recent changes, it hides under the content. To fix it I have added to the custom CSS section, a CSS that fixes it.
