Losing Content Continually on Home Page.

I've lost so much content on my home page today.
Every 2 minutes or so the update button turns into a spinning wheel and the site hangs and then deletes content. Not just from the bottom of the page but randomly.
If you look at my 'About' page,

I have a black and a blue section at the bottom. one for contact, the other for a subscription. I simply cannot import both back into the home page. They were happy on all pages until today.
Today it randomly deleted both and as I couldn't import them, I had to rebuild them. It then deleted both mid-way through.
I lost 4 hours of work today easily.
Again, if I try to do any work, at some point, usually within 2-3min, i look down and the wheel is spinning and I need to refresh and lose everything.
Other pages are ok.
It's also de-formating certain blocks as I go. When I refresh, I scroll down and all section formatting has been lost and looks awful. I then have to attempt to format the sections again but within a minute or so, the bloody wheels spinning again.

Thank you! I tried again to add content and it deleted more work. I've removed the two sections I'm trying to add now and will await your response.
You have low max input vars and max input time values set on your server.
