Thank you for the comment! The middle submenu items are aligned in the center, but the outer menu items are not aligned...
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend anything else for that.
The menu elements have different widths, and cannot be perfectly aligned.
You can ask your web developer if it can be done with more advanced CSS.
