Product list showing less products than page option

I've putted 24 products per page but in fact on the actual list it shows less....

Sending user/password via themeforest to enter on the page...

We have checked the files, and we did not find anything that could cause it.

Moreover, we activated a default theme, and the problem appeared there as well.

In that case, you should contact WooCommerce support.
