Installing pre-built sites not loading full design

I've tried multiple templates but none of them load the full images/design. Any ideas? I confirmed the version of PHP is good on the host server, checked permissions on the upload folders, ensured plugins are active, etc. but all i see is really just some of the basic theme elements and footer but not much else. Site is scsp.org

    I think I resolved it. It seems you need to install all of the plug-ins under the Betheme plugin section which I thought were optional or installed automatically. Installing them manually seems to have enabled the missing content.
