I have many woocommerce product categories,

How could I make a premade layout and apply to all category? thus I only need to replace the content in each category

You can create a custom template for your categories.

Possible to manually insert/put the template to a page/post?

While editing the page click on the Import/Export option, go to Templates, and there you will find a list of your templates for pages/posts.

However, notice that page/post templates only put the content of the template on your page, and if you change anything in the template, it will not affect the pages where you used it.
