Cannot install pre-built website: stuck at Content

Hello,

I need Muffin Group assistance.

I cannot install one of pre-built websites, the Furniture Store. It is stuck on Content

I bought the Theme specifically for this pre-built website.

    Please, contact your hosting provider, and ask them to look at the logs to check if they see any errors there and if they are able to fix them.

    If there are no errors in the logs, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

    OK.

    Meantime I was successful in installing the Elementor version of Furniture Store.

    But why is the header, footer, mega menu, and other elements made in BeBuilder?

    Only a little % of the site is actually done in Elementor.


    Is this the way it should be?

    The basic version of Elementor does not have a Header builder, Footer builder, etc.

    These features are included in the Elementor PRO, which is not included with the Betheme purchase.

    To faithfully reproduce the project's appearance, we need to leave these parts created with BeBuilder.
