Hi,
1) Can you tell me on what devices this Lottie animation is not working, please?
Also, check if the same thing happens with another animation.
2) Moreover, can you show what navy background you refer to, with a screenshot?
I do not want to misunderstand you.
Thanks
It is a Dell 7290
And this is the animation sorry- weirdly on this device this section is visible in this baby blue (which was applied the same way as the Navy)
Please, clear your browser cache, and check if the problem persists.
Thanks
Problem still persists- please advise next move
Also on a Dell dell latitude e7240
Does it happens on all browsers, or only in one?
Are there any more devices where it is not working as you intended?
Can you also share a comparison between incorrect and correct displays, please?
Thanks
On all browsers on those devices..
Loom link below is how it should look and we transfer wrong:

Please, check if you do not have any caching tool enabled on your server. If it is, please, disable it, clear your browser cache, and check your website.
Also please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
Thanks
Hi
Tried your suggestions but the problem persists on these devices.
Please advice next move.
Thanks
It is hard for me to determine the root cause because on all devices I have checked your website, and it is working correctly.
You can send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

Yes it's very odd- I built a website for the same client previously using betheme and nothing showed wrong on their laptop/s.
It also shows fine on all of my devices.
I have added the details to the contact page
I was able to finally reproduce this issue in Firefox incognito mode.
Your website changes the URL from http to https which is incorrect because generatesis set to http.
It is generating a mixed content error, and styles are not loaded correctly.
However, your WP settings are set to http:
Your htaccess can redirect your website to https, so you should edit it, and change it to http.

If this does not help, it would be best if you contact your hosting provider, and they should be able to help you with it.
Best regards
Brilliant thanks so much for finding the problem!
